We also provide a base rental contract template that you can customize. We recommend having a lawyer review your contract before publishing it.

Yes. Minimum and maximum rental duration are fully customizable. You can set different minimums and maximums per equipment or rate type so your policies match each product.

Yes. Each piece of equipment has its own daily rate, weekly rate, monthly rate, and hourly rate that you set individually. You can also configure surcharges for short rentals, set minimum rental durations, and add unlimited discounts or fees on top of your base rates. Add-on services can be configured as additional charges. This gives you full flexibility over your pricing structure for every item in your fleet.

Can I require customers to upload license and insurance before or during booking?

Yes. You control this. The software lets you require documents before booking, after booking, or at pickup. You can also choose not to require them at all and collect documents in person. This keeps the booking flow in your hands and reduces abandonment when customers do not have documents ready.

Contactless or self-service rentals are supported by handling all paperwork online before the customer arrives: contract signing, driver's license upload, insurance upload, and payment. Once that's complete, you send the customer the pickup location, unit number, and any access instructions (for example a lockbox code) via automated messages. How you handle the actual handoff—staffed, lockbox, or another method—is up to you.
