Yes. You control this. The software lets you require documents before booking, after booking, or at pickup. You can also choose not to require them at all and collect documents in person. This keeps the booking flow in your hands and reduces abandonment when customers do not have documents ready.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Just your equipment photos, item information (specifications and pricing), and your logo. You will also need to purchase a domain from your preferred registrar and create a payment processing account.
