What exactly counts as a qualifying payout?
The person you referred needs to become an active paid customer for 30 days. This means they've signed up, set up their inventory, and are actively using HQRent for their rental business.
When and how do I get paid my referral reward?
We send your $100 reward digitally within 7 days after the referred business completes their 30-day period. You can receive it as cash or gift card. Referrals exceeding $600 will need to submit compliance legal docs for tax purposes.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn from referrals?
No limits! You earn $100 for each successful referral. Some have earned thousands by sharing with other operators, friends, and connections.
Do I need to sign up or register for the referral program?
No signup required! If you're already an HQRent customer, you're automatically enrolled. Just start telling people about us and make sure they mention your name.
Can I use my own custom rental contract?
Yes. You can enter your own contract text directly in the settings. If you have an existing contract in PDF format, you can copy the text and paste it into the system. We also provide a base rental contract template that you can customize. We recommend having a lawyer review your contract before publishing it.
