Do I get notified when someone books?
Yes. You receive an instant email notification whenever a new booking comes in. If you have Quo integrated, customers also receive an automatic text message confirming their booking with a confirmation link.
Do SMS messages cost extra?
We partner with Quo to deliver SMS messages to your customers. If your plan supports automated messaging, you can send notifications when customers place orders, payment reminders, and other communications. SMS billing is handled directly through Quo as a third-party service, so you'll receive separate billing for message usage based on your Quo plan and message volume.
How does the website text chat work?
Our text chat widget captures visitors on your website and starts SMS conversations through your Quo number. Visitors can text you directly without calling, and you control business hours, auto-responses, and message routing to keep your personal number private.
