What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing and do you offer annual billing?
Yes, we offer both monthly and annual billing options. With yearly billing, you pay for 12 months upfront and receive a 20% discount compared to paying month-to-month. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled. You can switch to annual billing anytime from your account settings or select it during signup. We accept credit cards for monthly billing and ACH bank transfers for annual subscriptions.
What are the costs for additional users and other add-ons?
Additional users are $20/month per user on Growth plans (Essentials includes 1 user, Growth includes 2 users, Scale includes unlimited users). The Scale plan includes unlimited locations, while Growth and Essentials plans include 1 location. All other features are included in your plan pricing with no hidden add-on costs - no per-booking fees, per-transaction fees, or feature restrictions.
What are the marketplace fees and how does revenue sharing work?
We take a 20% commission on orders that we generate for you through the Big Rentals marketplace. This commission only applies to marketplace orders - bookings that come directly to your business through your own website, referrals, or other channels are yours to keep 100%. The marketplace acts as a customer acquisition channel, and you only pay when we successfully bring you new business.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a small setup fee associated with onboarding and making sure you are guaranteed to be successful with our platform. This ensures you get the proper training and support to maximize your rental business growth from day one.
Do I get a website included and what features does it have?
Yes! Growth and Scale plans include a custom designed website hand-crafted by our team. We handle all hosting, maintenance, updates, and SEO optimization. Your website includes professional design tailored to your brand, integrated booking system that syncs with your inventory, and premium hosting with SSL security — all at no extra cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features will be available immediately. When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No setup fees for upgrades.
How do I manage my subscription plan?
You can manage your subscription in 'Settings' > 'Billing & Subscription'. Here you can view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, update payment methods, and view billing history. Plan changes take effect immediately for upgrades or at the next billing cycle for downgrades.
Do I get access to all features?
Yes, all features are included in every plan. You can use what you need and enable more as you grow. There are no hidden feature restrictions or upgrade requirements.
